This Privacy Policy explains how SmartOm (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address via Firebase Authentication (Google's identity platform). We may also receive your name and profile picture if you sign in using Google or another OAuth provider.
Usage Data
We store usage counts (e.g., number of listings generated) in Firestore to enforce free tier limits and manage Pro subscriptions. We do not store the property details or descriptions you generate — this data is processed in-memory and returned directly to you.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This includes page views, session duration, referral sources, and device/browser information. This data is aggregated and anonymized.

- Property addresses, descriptions, or details you enter into the tool
- Credit card or payment card data (handled entirely by Square)
- Passwords (Firebase handles authentication securely)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To manage your account and Pro subscription status
- To send transactional emails (e.g., payment confirmations, support replies)
- To analyze usage patterns and improve the Service
- To communicate important updates or changes to the Service
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following trusted third-party providers to operate the Service. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, Firebase security rules, and secure API key management.
